Israeli cuisine has grown hugely popular in the last few years. Thanks to world-known chefs like Yotam Ottolenghi in the UK and Michael Solomonov in the US, millions have discovered this delicious, colorful and healthy cuisine. This is why we are excited to offer a unique Israeli cooking class in Paris.

Chef Liran Tal’s cooking class allows you to unleash your inner chef and learn the secrets of modern Israeli cuisine. In this workshop we will learn how to make delicious, healthy Tel Aviv style plates, while using technics and tips that will improve your cooking skills. In case you require a Kosher or a vegan cooking class, our workshop is flexible and dishes can be customized according to your culinary preferences and restrictions. 

Israeli cooking workshop

Our Israeli cooking workshop is a 3-hour long cooking class, during which you’ll learn all about the secrets and flavors of modern Israeli cuisine. The day of the workshop, Chef Liran will come to your home with all the ingredients required, all you need is a functioning kitchen. We’ll be cooking using fresh, seasonal ingredients combining professional cooking technics and tips, so you can learn how to make delicious, colorful, healthy meals on your own. In the end of the workshop, we’ll enjoy a scrumptious meal, the fruits of our labor (or you can choose to enjoy it later with your friends).

  • Stuffed cabbage with spinach stew with Persian lemon and spices

 Pricing 

The total price, all ingredients included, for a 3 hour workshop + meal for a group of up to 4 people in Paris is €350, Monday to Friday, or €400 for a weekend workshop.
