A Taste of Tel Aviv in Paris

Born and raised in Tel Aviv, Liran’s career dates back to his teenage years, when he got his first job in a restaurant. Passionate about creating original, market-based food experiences, Liran’s cuisine combines local, seasonal ingredients with Mediterranian influences and cooking techniques from around the world.

In addition to serving as the chef of the Israeli ambassador in Paris, in recent years Liran has worked in highly-rated Parisian venues such as Balagan and Dersou, and consulted to numerous Mediterranean inspired restaurants, including Chiche, Baba and Petit Navire.
